Reservation policy
- Reservations of up to 15 people are accepted by our reservations department during the reservation department’s business hours of 10:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.

3. Text message with reservation confirmation is a guarantee of a seat in the restaurant.
4. If there are children among the guests, please specify the number of children in the reservation comments section.
5. We do not reserve specific tables – if you have a preference for a table, please include a comment in the reservation comments section. We will do our best to accommodate your request.
6. If you have special or individual reservation requests, please include them in the reservation comments section – we will do our best to meet your expectations.
7. We hold reservations for you for 15 minutes – please arrive on time. In case of possible lateness, please inform us via the chat located in the link in the booking details.
8. Reservations from 10 people require a prepayment (deposit) of PLN 200 per reservation. This amount will be automatically deducted from your bill.
9. A refund of the deposit will be made if the reservation is canceled at least 72 hours before the scheduled date.
10. The final number of people for a group reservation must be confirmed up to 72 hours before the reservation. After this time, the number of group menus that have been confirmed will be added to the bill.
11. Cancellation of reservations and any changes regarding the day, time and/or number of guests are only possible via mojstolik.co.uk, the chat room located in the link in the booking details.
12. Please be considerate when making reservations. If you would like to receive a VAT invoice – please indicate this fact in the comments, providing company details and Tax Identification Number.
13. For bookings of 8 or more people, we add a service charge of 10% to the bill.
14. You are also welcome without reservation, as we do not reserve some of the tables.
15. For the sake of the highest standards of hygiene and safety, we kindly inform you that we cannot accommodate pets in our premises.
This is due to sanitary regulations, which are designed to ensure the comfort and safety of all guests. However, you are cordially invited in the summer season with your pet to our garden.
