Insanely chocolate ganache from Silesian Prohibition

If you love chocolate, this recipe is for you. The insanely chocolate ganache is the perfect addition to cakes, cupcakes, cakes and desserts. It’s perfect for filling, layering and decorating, and it only takes a few minutes to prepare.

Ingredients:

  • 200 g dark chocolate (preferably with cocoa content above 70%)
  • 200 ml 36% cream
  • 50 g soft butter

Preparation:

  1. Break the chocolate into small pieces and place them in a bowl.
  2. Heat the cream in a saucepan over medium heat. Do not bring to a boil, but heat until it begins to steam gently (about 80-90°C).
  3. Pour the hot cream into the bowl with the chocolate. Let it sit for 1-2 minutes to allow the chocolate to melt.
  4. Mix the chocolate and cream thoroughly until you have a smooth and shiny mass.
  5. Add the soft butter to the ganache and mix thoroughly until it completely melts and combines with the chocolate.
  6. Your ganache is ready! You can use it right away for decorating cakes, filling cupcakes, or store it in the refrigerator for later use.
