Personal data is processed by the Administrator on the basis of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC, hereinafter referred to as RODO.

    1. to take action prior to entering into an Agreement at the request of the data subject, or to perform a contract, including the provision of electronic services related to the use of the website, on the basis of Article 6(1)(b) of the RODO;
    2. to fulfill legal obligations incumbent on the Administrator, based on Article 6(1)(c) of the DPA;
    3. to pursue claims under concluded contracts, based on Article 6(1)(f) of the DPA;
    4. to carry out ongoing correspondence, based on Article 6(1)(f) of the RODO;
    5. possible establishment or assertion of claims or defense against claims, based on Article 6(1)(f) of the RODO;
    6. Direct marketing of its own products and services, based on Article 6(1)(f) of the RODO;
    7. Statistical analysis of the functioning, popularity and use of the Administrator’s website by users, based on Article 6(1)(f) of the DPA.
  4. The personal data provided, depending on the purpose of their processing, will be processed by the Administrator:
    1. for the duration of the performance of legal obligations and the time when the law prescribes their processing;
    2. in case of personal data of the parties and representatives of the parties to contracts for a period of 5 full years counting from the year following the year of expiration of the civil-legal contract; the period of personal data processing may be extended each time in case the processed data constitute evidence in proceedings conducted on the basis of legal regulations or the Administrator became aware that they may constitute evidence in the proceedings, this period shall be extended until the proceedings are legally concluded;
    3. in the case of personal data processed in connection with the realization of correspondence – until the statute of limitations for possible claims arising from the acceptance and circulation of correspondence; the period of personal data processing may be extended each time in case the processed data constitute evidence in proceedings conducted on the basis of legal regulations or the Administrator became aware that they may constitute evidence in the proceedings, this period is extended until the proceedings are legally concluded;
    4. for personal data processed for statistical purposes until the data subject objects.
  5. The provision of personal data is voluntary, but necessary for the realization of one or more of the processing purposes defined in Section. 3, which the Administrator will not be able to fulfill if personal data is not provided.
  6. The personal data you provide may be shared with other entities only for the purpose of executing the contract (e.g. postal operators, payment processors) or fulfilling obligations under the law.
  7. Recipients of the personal data provided may be entities authorized to do so under the law and other entities with whom the controller has entered into agreements for entrustment of personal data processing.
  8. Personal data may be transferred by the Administrator outside the European Economic Area, provided that the conditions set forth in Chapter V of the RODO are met.
  9. The data subject has the right to access, rectify, update and restrict processing of his or her data, and to the extent not otherwise provided by law, also the right to erasure, to object to processing and the right to data portability.
  10. The data subject has the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority when he/she considers that the processing of his/her personal data violates the provisions of the RODO.
  11. Personal data may be processed by automated means, including profiling, in order to customize offers and marketing information.
