data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>La storia di Nikiszowiec risale all&#8217;inizio del XX secolo, quando fu fondata una tenuta mineraria associata all&#8217;espansione della miniera &#8220;Giesche&#8221;. Nel 1907, il proprietario della miniera, l&#8217;azienda Erben di Georg von Giesche, inizi\u00f2 la costruzione di una tenuta chiamata Gieschewald. Dopo le rivolte della Slesia, fu adottato il nome polacco Nikiszowiec. Il direttore Anton Uthemann volle creare delle colonie operaie modello, assumendo architetti da Berlino, che diedero vita a edifici esteticamente gradevoli e funzionali.   <\/p><p>Nikiszowiec assomigliava a una citt\u00e0 fortificata con nove grandi blocchi di appartamenti con cortili interni e una variet\u00e0 di dettagli architettonici. L&#8217;obiettivo era quello di limitare i contatti tra i residenti permanenti e i nuovi arrivati. Nikiszowiec fu colonizzata gradualmente e il primo residente fu Karol Knosalla, gestore della cantina.
